Boilersource COVID-19 Response Plan

March 16, 2020

To all Boilersource Customers, Vendors, and Partners,

The health and safety of our team, families and community is of the utmost importance. In order to do our part to comply with Governor Pritzker’s request that we limit social contact, Boilersource will be taking the following measures effective immediately.

Our office hours will be reduced to 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, and we will be limiting office staff; most of our employees will be working remotely from home. Because there will be very few in-office employees to answer telephones, we ask that you please utilize email as much as possible during this time. Our main contact emails addresses are:

To limit the exposure of our support technicians, all in-person responses to support calls will be handled only on an emergency basis. We will rely on technology to help troubleshoot remotely as much as we can.

Similarly, sales calls will be limited whenever possible, and all lunch & learns will be rescheduled.

Customer pick-ups will be kept to a minimum. We will be shipping out any orders that are currently set for will- call, and we will be in contact with affected customers. We understand there are emergencies, and we will do our best to accommodate those on a case-by-case basis.

Initially, we expect these measures to be in place for at least two weeks. We will review and adjust our policies and time frames based on published government guidance.

If you are presenting any symptoms of COVID-19, contact your doctor and follow all protocols. Please do not come to our offices if you have any symptoms. For additional information visit: http://www.dph.illinois.gov/topics-services/diseases-and-conditions/diseases-a-z-list/coronavirus

We all need to do our best to help protect our community, and I appreciate your cooperation as we adapt to get through this difficult situation.

Please stay safe & healthy!
