Can I pick-up a part very early in the morning or very late at night ?

Yes. If you pre-arrange for a pick-up at our lock-up box located just outside our will call counter in Arlington Heights, IL. This box will be locked with a combination code; this code will be given to you when you arrange the pick-up.

Which credit cards do you accept ?

Visa and MasterCard are both accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or MasterCard logo. No other cards are accepted.

Can I have a part delivered on the same day?

Depending on the time of transaction, we can arrange with Quick Delivery Service Inc. to deliver that same morning or afternoon. We often deliver direct to service technicians on the jobsite.

Can I still get parts for my Kewanee boiler or Kewanee burner?

Yes, many parts are available at the BoilerSource store on eBay, but availability is limited. We highly recommend an upgrade to a new burner. Please contact one of our sales engineers for survey and quote.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can, as long as the part has not been manufactured by the vendor or shipped. If the order has already been sent to the vendor, we will attempt to cancel the order but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If we cannot cancel the order, there will be a 25% re-stocking charge. If you do receive an order that was cancelled, please accept delivery of the item and call our parts department for return instructions.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?

We will charge sales tax on all items shipped within Illinois and Indiana unless we are provided with a copy of a tax-exempt certificate.

How are shipping charges determined?

Shipping charges will vary, according to the product type and destination. All big ticket items are shipped F.O.B. factory and are generally shipped common carrier or private carrier and require higher shipping rates. Most parts are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). Sometimes items require express shipping; in most cases this rapid delivery requires an additional fee.
